15 Civilians Killed in Nigeria Attack

Multiple explosions near an oil depot in the Nigerian city of Maiduguri have killed at least 15 civilians and six suicide bombers. Nigerian officials said soldiers blew up three vehicles laden with explosives while a fourth car exploded, apparently set off by a suicide bomber. A surviving attacker was arrested after a standoff.
