Clashes break out in Chile on "Day of the Young Combatant"

Fires burn overnight in Chile as police and protesters clash on the annual "Day of the Young Combatant." The event commemorates the memory of two young brothers who were killed by police in a 1985 protest against the dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet. Police and protesters exchange tear gas and Molotov cocktails into the night. One officer and a television cameraman are injured. Some 31 people are arrested.
