April court hearing is set for Cee Lo Green

ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Singer Cee Lo Green appeared in court Friday (March 28) to set a date for a preliminary hearing for allegedly slipping a woman drugs in 2012. The "Crazy" singer pled not guilty in October to a charge of slipping an ecstasy pill to a woman at a Los Angeles restaurant. He is now scheduled to appear in court on April 28 for a preliminary hearing. A Grammy-winning R&B singer and judge on "The Voice," Green is charged with giving the drug ecstasy to a woman, allegedly slipping it into her drink while the two were dining. Green, whose real name is Thomas DeCarlo Callaway, was charged with a felony count of furnishing a controlled substance. Green announced in February that he will not be returning to "The Voice."
