George Michael rises to the top

It's lucky number seven for George Michael. The singer snagged his seventh British number one when his album "Symphonica" took the top spot on the charts. Michael outsold Kylie Minogue by 20,000 copies in a chart battle between the two that dates back to the 1980s. The live album features a collection of songs Michael performed during his 2011-12 "Symphonica" tour. The British singer is also reportedly working on his first studio album since 2004's "Patience".
