Afghan Police: Explosions Near Home of Presidential Candidate

Afghan police said explosions and gunfire were heard Tuesday near the home of a candidate in the country's April 5 presidential elections. The candidate, Ashraf Ghani, was not in his house in the Afghan capital, Kabul, at the time, and there were no immediate reports of casualties.
