Boat Accident Kills 19 in Uganda

Ugandan police say at least 19 people, most of them children, have died in a boat accident on Lake Albert, which lies along the Uganda-Congo border. Police said the boat was carrying 96 Congolese refugees when it capsized Saturday. At least 45 people were rescued and a search was continuing for 32 missing men, women and children.
