Newly discovered Johnny Cash songs set for release

He's the man who helped define a whole generation of music, inspiring a slew of legends and attaining an iconic status even in his own lifetime. And now, more than ten years after his death, Johnny Cash is releasing a new album. "Out Among the Stars" was never released, and only rediscovered in 2012 when Cash's son, John Carter Cash, was cataloguing their archives. SOUNDBITE: Son of Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash, John Carter Cash, saying (English): "Two years ago these tapes for "Out Among The Stars" were rediscovered. Originally produced by Billy Sherrill in 1984 and a couple of songs in '81, they exhibited my father and showed his creativity in a period of his life when not as many people knew about this music." The album includes Cash's late wife, June Carter Cash, and Waylon Jennings. It was recorded at a difficult time for the country star, who biography was portrayed in the 2005 film "Walk the Line", starring Joaquin Phoenix and Reese Wither
