Polls Open in Crimea Referendum to Join Russia

Voting is under way in Crimea on a referendum to break away from Ukraine and become a part of Russia.The vote comes one day after Russia vetoed a U.N. Security Council resolution urging countries not to recognize the results of the referendum, which is widely expected to be to join Russia.
