Officials in northwest Pakistan say a suicide bomber targeting a police armored personnel carrier has killed seven people and wounded at least 28 others. Authorities say the explosion took place Friday in Sarban, near Peshawar, close to the lawless tribal areas that are a haven for Taliban and al-Qaida militants.
