Obama heckled over Russia

ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) President Barack Obama during a speech in Washington on Friday was heckled by an audience member who asked him about U.S. plans for "nuclear war" with Russia. Obama was addressing the winter meeting of the Democratic National Committee when a man in the back of the audience interrupted his speech. "Tell us about your plans for "nuclear war" with Russia," the man yelled out at Obama. He was met with a few jeers from the audience before President Obama asked him "what the heck are you talking about?" Earlier in the day, armed men took control of two airports in Ukraine's eastern region of Crimea in what the new Ukrainian leadership described as an invasion by Moscow's forces. President Obama warned Russia that military intervention in Ukraine would lead to "costs," as tension with old foe Russian President Vladimir Putin rose in a Cold War-style crisis.
