"The government doesn't exist," Medvedev on Ukraine

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev's questions the legitimacy of a new government. (SOUNDBITE) (Russian) RUSSIAN PRIME MINISTER DMITRY MEDVEDEV, SAYING: "Strictly speaking, there is no one to talk to there. The government doesn't exist. There are big doubts about the legitimacy of a whole series of organs of power that are now functioning there." Russia recalled its ambassador from Kiev for consultations on Sunday.
