Blood, sandals on street as bomb kills two, wounds 22 in Thai capital

The aftermath of a bomb blast in the Thai capital Bangkok on Sunday. The explosion in this busy shopping district killed two people and injured at least 22 others, including several children. It wasn't immediately clear who was responsible. The blast happened hours after supporters of Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra promised to get tough with anti-government protesters. The demonstrators have paralyzed parts of the city for weeks. Sunday's blast went off near one of their few remaining large protest sites. (SOUNDBITE) (Thai) WITNESS AT SCENE SONTHAYA CORNER SAYING: "I saw a family injured. The kids are seriously injured as well as a mother, in total three people. The woman selling cloth sustained serious neck injuries." Among the dead was a 12-year old boy. His parents tried to comfort each other outside the hospital.
