11 Dead in Libyan Military Plane Crash in Tunisia

A Libyan military plane has crashed just outside the Tunisian capital, killing all 11 people on board. Tunisian officials say six crew members were killed, along with three doctors and two patients who were on the air force medical plane.Authorities believe engine failure was responsible for bringing down the Soviet-built, twin-propeller Antonov-26.
