Car Bombs Kill 23 in Iraq

Car bombs have exploded in Iraq's capital and areas to the south, killing at least 23 people and wounding more than 80 others.Officials said four bombs blew up Tuesday in Baghdad, including at least one outside of a bus station.In Hillah, about 100 kilometers to the south, three car bombs went off in different areas of the city.
