DiCaprio, Scorsese honored at film festival

(ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Martin Scorsese has directed Leonardo DiCaprio in five films, and that collaboration has earned the pair the "Vanguard" award at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival. Fresh off their success of "The Wolf of Wall Street," the actor and director, who have worked together on "Gangs of New York," "The Aviator," "The Departed," and "Shutter Island," attended a red carpet event in the posh Southern California town of Santa Barbara to receive the honor, presented to them by "Wolf" co-star Jonah Hill. The Vanguard award is presented annually by the festival to risk-takers in cinema.
