More Car Bombings Hit Baghdad

Iraqi police say a new series of car bombings in and around the capital have killed at least 13 people. Two of Monday's blasts occurred in the town of Mahmoudiya, about 30 kilometers south of Baghdad, killing eight people. Five others were killed by car bombs in the capital's eastern and northern areas. Separately, police in western Baghdad found the bodies of three men and one woman that officials said had "signs of torture." The victims were reported to have been killed...
