Pub lunch for Hollande and Cameron

ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: British Prime Minister David Cameron held a working lunch with French President Francois Hollande at a countryside pub near his home village in Oxfordshire on Friday. The informal lunch is where the two leaders were expected to address the thorny issue of European Union reforms, following a morning of formal treaty signings and declarations of defense and energy cooperation. The first Anglo-French summit since Hollande took power in 2012 has been overshadowed by tensions on EU reform. Cameron wants to re-open European Union treaties to try to secure sweeping reforms to make the trade bloc more efficient - an agenda he hopes will both persuade eurosceptic voters to back him at a 2015 election and quell dissent within his party. He has promised a referendum on Britain's EU membership by 2017. But Hollande declared, during a news conference on Friday morning, that treaty change is "not a priority" for France. Hollande
