Justin Bieber is facing new charges of assault in Toronto after turning himself into police yesterday. But fear not, Beliebers, because Bieber is claiming innocence just like he is with the DUI and resisting arrest matter in Miami. Although he was booked, released, and scheduled for an official court appearance up north, Bieber's lawyer seems to feel pretty confident that this whole little violent mess will clean itself up. Toronto mayor Rob Ford 's legal woes just got worse. Ford's brother-in-law,Scott MacIntyre , has slapped him with acivil lawsuit in which he alleges the embattled politician ordered a jailhouse beating to stop him talking about crack cocaine use, alcohol abuse and criminal associations. "As he was leaving, he (MacIntyre) stated to Ford that Ford should be careful about how he treated the plaintiff because the plaintiff knew things about Ford and his family which had not been made public," the suit states.
