Iran Nuclear Talks to Resume in New York in February

The United States says world powers will begin a new phase of talks with Iran next month on reaching a long-term nuclear deal. U.S. State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki says the talks likely will begin in mid-February, and will be held in  New York.
