Suicide Bomber Attacks Kabul Restaurant

Kabul's chief of police tells VOA's Afghan Service that 13 or 14 people were killed Friday when a suicide bomber attacked a Lebanese restaurant in Kabul that is frequented by foreigners, officials and business people.
