Christie's bridge scandal: Subpoenas for 17 individuals, three groups

New Jersey state lawmakers want to know why Gov. Chris Christie's political appointees restricted access to the George Washington Bridge. They have put out a string of subpoenas, but their identities will not be made public until they are served with legal papers. CBS News correspondent Elaine Quijano reports.
