New Jersey Governor apologizes for staff's role in traffic jam scandal

(SOUNDBITE) GOV. CHRIS CHRISTIE, NEW JERSEY GOVERNOR SAYING: "I am heartbroken and incredibly disappointed. I don't think I've gotten to angry stage yet, but I'm sure I will get there. I'm just stunned." Governor Chris Christie says he trusted his staff, and was devastated to learn an aide was involved in a growing traffic scandal, and then lied to him about it. (SOUNDBITE) GOV. CHRIS CHRISTIE, NEW JERSEY GOVERNOR SAYING: "I had no knowledge about this, and first found out about this after it was over. Thought it was a traffic study." The Governor, considered by many to be a GOP Presidential prospect in 2016, says he has fired the staffer involved in shutting down several lanes leading to the busy George Washington Bridge for four days in September.
