Second Fatal Blast in Russian City

Russian officials say a blast on a bus in the southern city of Volgograd has killed at least 10 people, just one day after another deadly attack in the city. Monday's explosion on the trolleybus follows a suicide bombing Sunday when a woman blew herself up at a Volgograd train station, killing at least 16 people and wounding dozens.
