Burial of former Lebanese minister killed in an explosion

ROUGH CUT. (NO REPORTER NARRATION). Former Lebanese minister Mohamad Chatah, who was killed in a car bomb last week is being laid to rest on Sunday (December 29) in a mausoleum in central Beirut, where ex-Prime Minister Rafik al-Hariri is buried. Thousands are expected to take to the streets of the Lebanese capital and security was tight. Chatah, a Sunni Muslim, was a critic of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and Lebanon's Shia Hezbollah movement that backs him. Lebanon has been hit by a wave of attacks linked to heightened Sunni-Shia tensions over the Syrian war. No-one has claimed responsibility for Friday's bombing, which killed six people and wounded scores more.
