Investigators probe deadly Asiana crash landing

The pictures show how bad it was. A burned out cabin, a cloud of thick black smoke, and debris scattered all over the landing site. The NTSB released this surveillance video showing the moment Asiana flight 214 crash landed at San Francisco International Airport in July. Three people were killed and more than 180 passengers injured. On Wednesday, the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board opened a hearing to review what went wrong. According to newly released documents, the pilots told investigators they knew the plane was traveling too slow and tried to correct it moments before landing.
