Iraq Blast Kills 11

A car bomb outside a northeastern Iraqi cafe has killed at least 11 people. Police officials say the blast Monday wounded 23 people in Buhriz, 60 kilometers from the capital, Baghdad. Monday's attack comes a day after a series of bombings in and around Baghdad killed at least 30 people.
