Mandela death leads world news

The death of Nelson Mandela is leading newscasts and newspaper headlines around the world. From Syria, to China and everywhere in between, Mandela is being remembered as a human rights champaion and icon for the South African anti-apartheid movement. Mandela spent 27 years in prison and helped lead the country from bloodshed to democracy when he was finally elected president in 1994. Mandela died peacefully in his home in Johannesburg after a prolonged lung infection. He was 95 years old.
