NYC, London, DC remember Mandela

People in cities around the world are remembering Nelson Mandela after he died overnight Thursday. In Brooklyn New York, diners at the Madiba restaurant pay tribute to the former South African president. (SOUNDBITE) (English) MUMCY GOUTA MPELEGE, SAYING: "For him to have gone through all that and still embrace forgiveness instead of revenge, that really to me meant something really big." Later, patrons released lanterns and sang songs in his honour. In London's Parliament Square, people laid flowers in front of a statue of Mandela.
