Panama to Free North Korean Sailors

Panama announced it will free 32 of the 35 crew members of a North Koran ship seized in July for carrying weapons from Cuba to North Korea. Panamanian officials believe the crew knew nothing about the forbidden cargo, but three of the ship's officers will remain in Panama and face arms trafficking charges.
