Brown ordered to complete 90-days in rehab

Chris Brown was ordered by a Los Angeles judge on Wednesday (November 20) to complete a 90-day residential substance-abuse and anger-management program. The 24-year-old singer was also ordered to perform 24 hours a week of community labor and submit to alcohol and drug testing. The Los Angeles court appearance was Brown's first since he was arrested last month for allegedly assaulting a man in Washington, D.C. A 20-year-old man claimed Brown punched him after he tried to get a picture with the singer. Brown was charged with misdemeanor assault. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James R. Brandlin ordered Brown not to leave Los Angeles County, but gave him permission to travel to Washington, D.C., if needed next week for a court hearing on the assault charge. Brandlin scheduled another hearing for December 16. Brown pleaded guilty in June 2009 for assaulting Rihanna during an argument in a car after attending a pre-Grammy Awards party. He wa
