Chinese authorities say they have arrested a man suspected of setting off a series of explosions outside Communist Party offices in northern China that killed one person and wounded eight others. Officials in Shanxi province said 41-year-old ex-convict Feng Zhijun was captured on Friday in the provincial capital of Taiyuan, where the incident occurred, and confessed to the attack.
