Iran, World Powers Resume Nuclear Talks

Negotiators from Iran and six world powers are meeting Thursday in their latest bid to resolve a decade-long standoff over Iran's controversial nuclear program. The two-day talks in Geneva follow a meeting last month that both sides described as positive.
