UN: Global Warming Gases Reach Record High

The United Nations' weather agency said atmospheric concentrations of the three main global warming gases rose in 2012 to the highest levels on record. The World Meteorological Organization said Wednesday that concentrations of carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide have broken new records.
