Nuclear 'action not words': Kerry

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry on Monday urged North Korea and Iran to comply with international nuclear non-proliferation guidelines. (SOUNDBITE) (English) JOHN KERRY, SECRETARY OF STATE SAYING: "Our eyes are wide open, the actions must be real, they must be fully verifiable, they must get the job done and no words can replace those actions, and we have made it crystal clear, and I will repeat again, no deal is better than a bad deal because a bad deal can actually wind up creating greater danger." Kerry's comments during a speech in Washington DC came ahead of international talks with Iran in Geneva in November. The U.S. and its allies believe Iran wants to develop nuclear weapons, which Tehran denies.
