Lou Reed died on Sunday (October 27). The pioneering songwriter and musician behind the Velvet Underground died at his home in Long Island, New York following complications from a liver transplant he had earlier this year. He was 71. Chris Brown was arrested and charged with assault in Washington D.C., after getting into a fight with a man outside a hotel. The singer appeared before a judge on Monday (October 28), pled not guilty and was released without bail. Brown was ordered to stay away from the victim, who reportedly suffered a broken nose.
