Heavy Winds, Rain Disrupt Travel in Britain

A storm bringing rain and heavy gusts of wind as high as 160 kilometers per hour is disrupting morning travel in Britain. The storm arrived overnight, forcing delays and cancelations on rail lines and at airports, and forcing authorities to shut down some roads and bridges. London's Heathrow airport said about 20 percent of its flights would be canceled Monday morning.
