37 Killed in Baghdad Blasts

A string of car bombs has hit Iraq's capital, killing at least 37 people and wounding dozens. Officials say the wave of at least nine explosions struck various parts of Baghdad Sunday. Most of the blasts were in Shi'ite neighborhoods. There was no immediate claim of responsibility, but Shi'ites and Sunni Islamists have a history of sectarian strife resulting in violence.
