Luxembourg's Ruling Party Claims Victory in Snap Elections

Europe's longest-serving leader claimed victory on Sunday after his party took a clear lead in Luxembourg’s snap elections.   Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker, who has been in power since 1995, said on Monday that he will try to form a new government after his Christian Social People's Party led the field with 23 seats in the 60-seat parliament.
