The boxer and the Pope

ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: It was not clear who was more excited at the Vatican on Wednesday as Pope Francis stopped to chat with Argentine boxer Sergio "Meravilla" Martinez. The Pope had finished delivering the weekly audience in St. Peter's square and stopped to greet some of those who had been attending the gathering. Pope Francis spotted Martinez who came up to a barrier to chat with the pontiff. The two spoke for several minutes and Martinez showed off his World Boxing Council Middleweight Champion's belt. The Argentina-born pope is known to be a sports enthusiast.
