The flames of war in Homs

White smoke rises on the horizon of Homs after an explosion in Syria. The video, which can not be independently verified, shows parts of the city turned into a wasteland. Millions of Syrians are desperate -- and need help. Many no longer have a place to call home. Rights group say aid has slowed to a trickle because of the violence and red tape. Night footage shows the flames of war as people scramble in the aftermath of an attack. More than 100,000 people have been killed in the conflict which began with peaceful protests in 2011. While international inspectors are on the ground, reportedly starting to destroy Syria's chemical weapons -- no one is predicting when or how the conflict will end.
