15 Killed In Iraqi Explosions

Officials in northern Iraq say car bomb blasts have killed at least 15 people, most of them children. The explosions Sunday - the beginning of the local work week - partially collapsed an elementary school, killing at least 10 children. Another blast struck a nearby police station. Authorities say scores of people were wounded in the blasts in the village of Qabat, just outside Tal Afar near the Syrian border.
