US tourist sites face shutdown hit

Up to a million federal workers face enforced unpaid leave because of the U.S. government shutdown. National parks like Yellowstone are among the facilities facing closure until the budget crisis is sorted out. Those who run businesses in the park say they can only wait and see what happens next. (SOUNDBITE)(English) UNIDENTIFIED STORE OWNER SAYING: "If the government shuts down we're going to give it either 24 or 48 hours to see if it opens back up. If not we'll have to close down." At the Gettysburg battlefield site in Pennsylvania visitors were equally dismayed. (SOUNDBITE)(English) UNIDENTIFIED VISITOR SAYING: "It's sad. Look how many people died for this cause for them to shut it down and can't come together at all. It's kind of bad." (SOUNDBITE)(English) UNIDENTIFIED VISITOR SAYING: "When you plan a vacation for six, nine, 12, months, and you come to the location that you want to visit and you can't visit it...it's upsetting
