Help is on the way in Pakistan

Help is on the way in Pakistan. While aid deliveries to survivors of Pakistan's latest major earthquake and aftershock has been threatened by insurgents -- some is making its way to people who have lost everything. (SOUNDBITE) (Urdu) SPOKESMAN FOR EDHI CENTER, ANWER KAZMI, SAYING: "During the last four days, we distributed rations -- about 250 tents and 500 mats for about 12,500 people. We are also distributing dry rations like milk, rice, sugar, flour, and lentils." Aid deliveries have been complicated by the fact that Baluchistan is home to separatist insurgents who fear the army, which is overseeing aid operations. On Saturday, four soldiers were killed when insurgents attacked an aid convoy escorted by government forces. At least 15 people were killed Saturday when the aftershock hit Pakistan where hundreds were killed in a major earthquake earlier in the week.
