Syrians say US military strike too little, too late

Syrians crossing into Turkey say U.S. efforts for a limited military strike come 'too little too late' President Obama said over the weekend that he will not order an attack without congressional authorization. Washington's inner-workings are of little interest to many fleeing to Turkey. SOUNDBITE: Syrian Citizen Mahmoud saying (Arabic) "We wish that international powers would have launched a strike against the regime and toppled the government.
