The headlines from the MTV VMAs

PLEASE NOTE: EDIT CONTAINS PROFANITY. By now, you probably know who won at the MTV Video Music Awards, so it's now time to talk about the buzz. The awards could have been dubbed "The Justin Timberlake Show" after the star performed a 16-minute set which included a mini reunion with 'N Sync. The performance brought cheers from the audience and ended with him receiving the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. Taylor Swift created her own headlines after cameras caught the pop star allegedly mouthing a curse word as her ex-boyfriend and his group One Direction presented an award. And then there was Miley Cyrus, who let us all know that Hannah Montana, the child-friendly Disney character that made her famous, has left the building. The 20-year-old joined Robin Thicke for his hit "Blurred Lines" and showed she can twerk it with the best of them.
