The European Union's most senior diplomat, Lady Catherine Ashton, says Egypt's deposed president Mohamed Morsi is well, but she does not know where he is being held. She is speaking in Cairo following a two-hour meeting with Morsi at a secret location on Monday evening. Morsi has been detained since he was overthrown by the military on 3 July after days of mass protests
