EU in Egypt reconciliation bid

PLEASE NOTE: EDIT CONTAINS CONVERTED 4:3 MATERIAL The European Union's foreign policy chief is the latest international figure to visit Egypt's interim rulers to push for reconciliation. Catherine Ashton met interim Vice President Mohamed Elbaradei. Unlike the U.S. envoy two days earlier she also met senior figures in the Muslim Brotherhood, backers of ousted president Mohamed Mursi. She issued a statement before her arrival saying her mission was to reinforce the message that there must be a fully inclusive political process in Egypt. Some Mursi supporters camped in their thousands outside a mosque in Cairo some will need convincing.
