(SOUNDBITE) (Spanish) INTERIOR MINISTRY SPOKESPERSON, EDUARDO SANCHEZ, SAYING: "Early this morning, members of Mexico's armed forced detained Miguel Angel Trevino Morales, 40 years old. This person has seven arrest orders by federal judges and is involved in at least 12 previous cases.
