'Patience has limits': Turkey PM

These were the scenes in Ankara on Monday as police broke up yet another protest to demand Tayyip Erdogan's resignation. What began as a campaign against government plans to build on an Istanbul park has turned into an unprecedented display of public anger. The focus of that anger is the perceived authoritarianism of Erdogan and his Islamist-rooted party. It's led to the worst rioting Turkey's seen in decades. Earlier on Sunday Erdogan told a rally of his supporters his patience had limits. (SOUNDBITE) (Turkish) TURKISH PRIME MINISTER, TAYYIP ERDOGAN, SAYING: "We were patient, we will be patient, but there is an end to patience.
