Texas actress charged in ricin incident

A 35 year old Texas woman has been arrested after confessing she sent letters containing ricin to President Obama and New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg. Shannon Rogers Guess Richardson, seen here in a white shall, had previously said her husband sent the letters. Her husband denies any involvement in the case. His attorney spoke to reporters. (SOUNDBITE) (English) JOHN DELK, NATHANIEL RICHARDSON'S ATTORNEY SAYING: "There's still a lot of work for us to do. We need to not just establish that he wasn't the primary person but that he wasn't involved. We continue to cooperate with the FBI and Federal Authorities to make that as clear as possible to them." The letters made threatening references to the debate over gun control. One letter read in part- you'll have to kill me and my family before you get my guns. Richardson, who's played minor roles on TV programs including The Walking Dead, faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
